The tour takes place on Saturday 5 July 2025, starts at 9.50am and lasts about 1 hour.
The winners will be informed by us of the exact time and place to meet in our email informing them that they have won.
The organizer of this raffle and data controller as defined by the GDPR is hvv Hamburger Verkehrsverbund Gesellschaft mbH, Brooktorkai 18, 20457 Hamburg. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of hvv GmbH and the transport operators affiliated to the hvv as well as their dependents are excluded from taking part. Each person is only permitted to take part once. Participation via a raffle service or any similar automated group participation service is not permitted. Winners will be determined by lot. Cash payment of prizes is not possible. The organizers' decision is final and legal action is ruled out. Personal data will be stored and processed to determine the winners and to process the redemption of prizes. These will only be passed on to third parties to the extent that it is necessary for the redemption of the prizes. The participant is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the personal data submitted. Winners will be informed by email. All data which were only stored in connection with the operation of the raffle will be deleted 4 weeks after the redemption of the prizes.
The winners must confirm their binding acceptance by 3 July 2025 by email (including giving their first and family names) (to gewinnspiel@hvv.de). If they fail to confirm participation, the win lapses and the draw will be repeated.

In the Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg, miniature worlds will astound you and transport you to various cities and far-off places. Fun guaranteed, and not just for model railway fans!
From the first idea for the show in the summer of 2000 to the opening in August 2001 with three completed sections took only just under a year. This has meanwhile grown to eleven sections, and there are further worlds and special exhibitions for you to marvel at. In all, 1,116 trains with more than 10,645 carriages run through the miniature wonderland along a track length of 16,491 metres. And there is no end in sight: ever new regions are being added, recreated down to the last tiny detail, and there are already a wealth of ideas for the future – our world has plenty more to offer, after all. That means a repeat visit is always worthwhile, so that the Miniatur Wunderland is a hvv Plus partner which can always surprise you anew!
